Fall pictures will be taken on Tuesday, November 10th and November 11th . All students will take a picture.

Please disregard the schedule on the photo pamphlet and adhere to the following schedule to help us make sure that we are able to maximize our time effectively while the photographers are on campus. If you have multiple students please follow the schedule using the last name of the youngest sibling.

November 10, 2020:
8:00 – 11:00: K-12th Grade all F2F Students
12:00 – 2:30: K-5th Grade Virtual Students

The virtual students will follow the schedule below based on the last name of the youngest sibling:
A – F @ 12:00 – 12:30
G – M @ 12:30 – 1:00
N – S @ 1:00 – 1:30
T – Z @ 1:30 – 2:00

November 11, 2020:
8:00 – 12:00: 6th – 12th Grade Virtual Students and make-ups from previous day.
Please follow the schedule below using the last name of the youngest sibling:
A – F @ 8:00 – 9:00
G – M @ 9:00 – 10:00
N – S @ 10:00 – 11:00
T – Z @ 11:00 – 12:00
Payments can be made online prior to picture day at with your picture day ID EVTVTC9GZ or paid the day of pictures via cash or check made out to Lifetouch. Online payments can be made after pictures are taken but parents will not receive a proof.

It is very crucial that you have your student or students here at the scheduled time.

Beginning November 2nd, Harmony Public Schools will offer free meals for all children ages 18 and under. Students under 21 who are currently enrolled in a school and are identified as mentally or physically disabled are also eligible. Free breakfast and lunch will be available daily for students attending classes at the school. 


For distance learners, meal boxes will be available for pick up at

(4055 Calder Ave Beaumont Tx Beaumont Tx, 77706) on (Monday only from 9 am – 10 am) 


Meal distribution is open to our students, their siblings, and the community.

Parents wishing to pick up a meal box without children present will need to present one of the following to verify guardianship:

∙ Individual student report cards

∙ Attendance record from parent portal of a school website

∙ Birth certificate

∙ Official letter/email from facility or school listing children enrolled

∙ Other official ID cards (for example, IDs issued by a child care facility)
